We confirmed that this number is mostly allocated to general grant categories, including the largest recipient of grants in the district .
The largest recipient, Toi Mahara Gallery, actual totals for the last 3 years is $1,181,478 and projected in LTP for this and following years is a further $660,000 per year.
We are not making judgments about whether the money spent is appropriate—it’s up to you to decide .
